Healthy Heart City project

by heightening the focus on heart disease awareness and through assisting
individuals and organisations to better support those people who from time to time may be
undiagnosed with this condition which can potentially impact other aspects of health.
Mutomo sub-county has varied clinical services on offer; however, it is not enough to address
just acute illness and intervention to heart disease without informed early diagnosis and
prevention. A Healthy heart city project will aim to address heart health as a comprehensive,
holistic, and well-being agenda involving individual citizens and the support of the broader
community
